WiFi (2.4GHz 802.11 b/g/n) – Connects directly to your home router. No hub or gateway required. Enables full remote access and control from anywhere in the world through the Tuya Smart app.
Bluetooth 4.0+ – Local smartphone control within 8–10 metres. Works without an internet connection, making it ideal for offline scenarios.
Zigbee – Requires a Tuya Zigbee gateway. Integrates into a mesh smart home network and extends connectivity to compatible Zigbee ecosystems.
Hybrid (WiFi + Bluetooth) – Available on select variants for dual-protocol reliability and automatic fallback access.




Unlock Methods — 5-in-1 Access

This lock provides five independent methods to open your door, so you always have a backup option:


Fingerprint (Biometric) – Semiconductor fingerprint sensor with 0.3–0.5 second recognition speed. Stores up to 200 fingerprints. Self-learning 360° algorithm improves accuracy over time. Rejects fake or lifted fingerprints.
Keypad PIN Code – Backlit touch-sensitive keypad supporting 4–12 digit codes. Anti-peep virtual digit function allows random numbers to be added before and after your real PIN without affecting access. Stores up to 200 separate passcodes.
RFID / IC Card – 13.56 MHz Mifare NFC card compatibility. Stores up to 200 cards. Ideal for families, rental tenants, and office staff.
Smartphone App (Remote) – Unlock from anywhere in the world using the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app. Create, share, and revoke access instantly. Supports dynamic and time-limited codes for guests and visitors.

Temporary & One-Time Passwords – Remotely generate time-limited access codes for guests, Airbnb visitors, delivery personnel, housekeepers, or contractors. Set expiry by date, time window, or number of uses directly from the app.
Auto-Lock Function – The lock automatically re-engages after the door closes. The delay is configurable from 3 to 99 seconds, ensuring the door is never accidentally left unlocked.
Emergency USB Charging – When batteries run out, connect any external USB power bank to the emergency charging port on the front panel to temporarily power the lock and regain entry immediately.
Low Battery Warning – An audible alarm and app push notification are triggered when the battery reaches a critical level, giving you time to replace batteries before being locked out.
Multi-User Management – Supports up to 200 registered users with up to 9 administrator accounts. Assign different access privileges, manage household members or staff, and revoke access instantly at any time from the app.

This product comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. A 30-day worry-free return window is also available. Note: This lock requires a stable 2.4GHz WiFi network for remote app control. 5GHz-only routers are not compatible. Batteries are not included. Professional installation is recommended for commercial applications.
